Raised by a father with over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Vince Manuele founded NXT Step Life with a deep understanding of the business from an early age. He earned his life insurance license at eighteen and went on to build a sizable sales team before launching NXT Step Life the following year, supported by established and respected agency owners.
